Moore County Sheriff's Office Takes Over Taylortown Shooting Investigation

The Moore County Sheriff’s Office has taken over the investigation of a shooting in Taylortown, where a 26-year-old man was shot in the leg on Sunday, September 1. The suspect, Dectrek Kochevse Dontrai Barrett, who is known to the victim, fled the scene and remains at large. Authorities have issued arrest warrants for Barrett and are asking the public for assistance in locating him.
