Tropical Storm Debby Brings Flood Watch to Central NC

Moore County residents should make preparations for heavy rainfall this week. Central North Carolina is under a flood watch from Tuesday morning to Friday night as Tropical Storm Debby is expected to bring 5-10 inches of rain, with some areas receiving over 10 inches. The affected counties include Cumberland, Edgecombe, Franklin, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash, Sampson, Wake, Wayne, and Wilson. See details WRAL.com.
