Aberdeen Fire Department Boosts Fleet with High-Capacity Tanker

The Aberdeen Fire Department has enhanced its firefighting fleet with a new tanker, Tanker 426, featuring a 3,000-gallon water tank and a pump that operates while the vehicle is in motion. Operations Chief Alan Holmes personally transported the tanker from its manufacturer in Minnesota to Aberdeen. The tanker, significantly larger than standard engines, will be stationed at Aberdeen Station 42 to better serve rural areas. Final preparations include outfitting and rigorous testing before the tanker becomes operational. See details Moore Breaking Newz.
