Frustration Mounts as Evidence Lags in Allisha Watts Murder Case

The murder case of Allisha Watts is facing delays, causing frustration among her loved ones. The judge has kept the bond for suspect James Dunmore unchanged but may reconsider if new evidence is not presented soon. Dunmore, who was in a relationship with Watts, is linked to the case with pending key evidence including surveillance videos and 911 calls. See details abc11.com.

House Fire on Vass-Carthage Road Displaces Family, Claims Pets

A house fire on Vass-Carthage Road Tuesday evening has left a family of seven without a home. The fire resulted in extensive damage to the property, though all family members and two children escaped without injury. Unfortunately, two family dogs perished in the blaze. The Red Cross is assisting the family, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. See details Sandhills Sentinel.
