Justice for Allisha Watts: Moore County Rallies with Heartfelt Campaign
A concerted effort by the community and the Boots on the Ground group is underway in Moore County and beyond, to raise awareness and seek justice for Allisha Watts. Through the placement of campaign signs featuring Watts' image and name, the initiative aims to pressure legal authorities for a fair trial and accountability. The green and white signs dot the landscape of Moore County and along stretches of N.C. 24-27. Insider Insight with Wealth Advisor Nathan Cherry Insider Insight: What happens if…?
Nathan Cherry, Wealth Advisor, Located at 510 NW Broad St. Southern Pines | It’s almost universally true that every relationship has a saver and a spender. And, almost without fail, the saver is the bookkeeper handling the finances for the family. The bookkeeper knows the cash flow cycle, when things get paid, where the accounts are and how to login to everything online and manage the finances. It's a common setup for most households. |
But what happens when the bookkeeper in the relationship dies?
I’ve worked with more than one grieving spouse as they realized they had no idea how things were set up, where money was coming from or going, and what to do next. Now, they are faced with loss and an estate process that is daunting and expensive. This is one reason among so many others why having a trusted financial advisor on your financial team is wise.
My work reviewing estate documents, life insurance policies, trusts, and account beneficiaries helps clients prepare for the inevitable while making sure things are in good order. And when tragedy happens, I am there to shoulder the load of work that needs done and make sure tasks are completed quickly and efficiently.
Now is the time to have your estate documents, life policies, beneficiaries and accounts reviewed while establishing a relationship with a local adviser. Feel free to reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. 910-692-9014 or [email protected].
