Mill Creek's Development Hangs in Balance Amidst Planning Delays
The future development of the Mill Creek shopping center, strategically positioned between Southern Pines and Whispering Pines at the intersection of N.C. 22 and Airport Road, remains uncertain following the Town Council's decision to postpone updating its master plan. The delay in finalizing a new development strategy raises questions about the center's potential for growth and improvement.
