Parking Lot Collision at Aberdeen's Hampton Inn & Suites Downs Streetlight and Injures Driver

The Aberdeen Police are working to piece together the details. According to official reports, a Subaru Outback veered off course, mounting a curb and crashed into a streetlight. The impact was forceful enough to dislodge the entire pole, along with its concrete foundation. The Subaru continued its trajectory, traversing the parking lot before coming to a halt after descending an embankment. The vehicle suffered severe damage, with one of its wheels completely torn from its frame.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident. The driver of the Subaru was subsequently transported to FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital via EMS for necessary medical care.
